Welcome to Summering.
Join us for a new seasonal creativity program to savor the gifts of Summer—warmth, light, presence, fruition, wild nature, experience, full bloom, dreamtime, outside, appreciation.
Summer invites us to re-encounter and re-rhythm ourselves at this peak, full moon-esque, halfway point in the seasonal year.
We arrive at Summer Solstice (the longest day of the year) marking the end of Spring’s waxing (growing) light. This moment invites us to savor—delight in, relish, experience—all the soulful ways we’ve been changing and growing through winter and spring, as well as the peak warmth, light, and ripe fruits of summer.
We can savor the fruits of summer through attention, wonder, and participation in the natural world—gardening, foraging, observing with all the senses, creating with full color, noticing the local plants & animals, resting & dreaming outside.
Summer is a great time to develop our wild mind—our intuitive, instinctual, animal, sensory, ancestral mind—through tracking, observing, and opening ourselves to the “Glorians.” (our book title)
“The invitation of summer is to give and receive wholeheartedly, immersed in the full flow of your belonging to the world.”
This program provides space to explore Summer’s creative inquiry:
What is ripe and ready within me?
How can I balance Summer’s active, outward, yang energy with moments of stillness, presence, and delight?
Does summer last longer if I let go of hanging on and instead get more present?
How can I connect to my wild/subconscious/instinctual/creative mind this summer?
Another way to ask is: How can I decentralize my humanness and rationality to come closer to ancestral wisdom?
Another way to ask is: How do I open myself to receive “visitations from the holy ordinary?” (Terry Tempest Williams)
“Before words, there was the dream. Before the dream, there was the encounter.”

Insights from Wintering: A Seasonal Creativity Program participants:
“I loved, loved, loved the group and the book and all the teachings and tools you provided were so supportive. Thank you for creating this beautiful, creative, wintering program. I loved it! (Still hate winter though.) ”
“The Wintering program was deep and comforting at the start of the year. The reading, journaling, and nature prompts added creative inspiration in a season I usually just try to get through. Wintering helped me be more present to the beauty and gifts of the season.”
“Jenn’s Wintering program was the gentle hug I needed to explore the winter in a soulful, nature-based way. Our cohort was guided through winter with an engaging book, creative experiences, and ways to engage with nature and tarot to nurture the fire within. Together, we created a warm hearth to dive into the quiet of nature and plant seeds to take into spring.”
“Wintering made me understand how this season can be a richly creative time for dreaming, imagining, and gathering seeds. Jenn’s invitations were so creative, inspiring and wonderfully unique. Each week was thoughtfully matched with the book pages, while also allowing for freedom in pace and self-expression. Being in a group, it’s even more potent! Listening to each other’s experiences while held in a sacred container, as Jenn always does, allows for a deep, playful, real discovery and unfolding.”
“Jenn’s gentleness, wisdom, light hearted humor, her deep connection to nature, seasonal shifts, planetary phases and her experience in facilitation helped us create a special communal circle that honored and deepened my relationship to winter and helped me be more respectful of my cyclical need for deep rest so that I can appreciate, and even revel in, my creative output in all its phases. I miss the circle already.”
